Watching the Remembrance ceremonies…
My mind goes to those who died that day due to terrorism, and those who have died since because of it. Then I think of so many others who have taken their own lives due to their own inner terrors.
Terrors ~ imagined or real in our mind, our hearts ~ how can we heal? How can we stop more deaths due to such terrors? How can we help heal each other?
We must BEGIN with FORGIVENESS within ourselves and forgiving others.
