Blessed Silence ~ Love

Time to sit in silence, blessed silence. Allow my spirit to let peace and tranquility dwell within me.
My imagination wanders the pathways of my mind, open to hearing God’s whispers.

The word Love comes floating in. What do I do with that? Send my special angel out to touch the souls of every person I love, whether family, friends, acquaintances, or strangers I meet along the way.

Life is so much more beautiful when we love others, even strangers, whatever their race, creed, culture, or any difference from ourselves. We are all children of God.

Inspiration Angel

Remembering a dear friend I am reposting this, which I wrote for my friend Terri who passed away in 2006…

I didn’t know you well
I didn’t know you long
But, you became a friend
And, you inspired me

Your kindness and caring
Even through your pain
Your strength, courage, and faith
Amazed and inspired me

Your sweet nagging
To keep writing
To finish the next book
Made my heart smile
You inspired me

I miss you Sweet Lady
Yet you are always
A part of me

My Angels

I wrote this in 2001, but I am now dedicating it to everyone who is struggling in their lives and a reminder to remember those in your life or have passed through your life, who supported and encouraged you even in the smallest way.  Be grateful God put them in your life, even if briefly.

You are one of my Angels
You have given me love and support,
and a helping hand when I was healing
from my broken bones.

You are loving, even when my heart
and I are closed for repair & renewal.

You were with me, even if only in spirit,
to celebrate my new home and share in the Blessing.

No matter where our lives take us,
whether nearby or far apart,
Your Angel Spirit will always remain
a part of me, of my life, of my heart.

I pray God shines His light on you
and showers you with Blessings
beyond measure.
