Listening to Jonn’s two pieces titled below and how they inspired my writing.
“Century Princess”
I look, then blink
To see
As if in a dream
Yes, she is there
Somewhere in there
Through the trees
I see her
Then I don’t
And wonder
If I am dreaming
She is all in white
A gauzy kind of white
She moves as though floating
I hear her
A sound
As if she is singing
I try to catch up to her
But, never quite able to reach her.

My love for you
Is so very deep within me
It fills my very soul
And every fiber of my being
My love for you
Is quiet and gentle
Soft and passionate
And kind
I love you
Far beyond
The furthest reaches
Of the universe.
